Belmont, CA, June 27, 2013 — The School of Business and Management at Notre Dame de Namur University has been granted initial accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), a leading accreditation association in business education.
ACBSP accreditation certifies that the teaching and learning processes within the School of Business and Management at NDNU meet the rigorous educational standards established by ACBSP. “Notre Dame de Namur University has shown a commitment to teaching excellence and to the process of quality improvement by participating in the accreditation process,” said ACBSP Director of Accreditation Steve Parscale, who presented the Certificate of Initial Accreditation at the ACBSP Annual Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 23, 2013. “This accreditation is evidence that NDNU is committed to providing the highest quality business education for their students.”
“We are honored to receive initial accreditation from ACBSP and are grateful for the time and energy the Board of Commissioners of the Baccalaureate/Graduate Degree Commission took in reviewing our programs,” said NDNU President Dr. Judith Maxwell Greig. “This accreditation is the result of the exceptional dedication and hard work of the faculty and staff in the School of Business and Management.”
