Master of Public Administration: General Concentration

If you’re not yet sure which career direction you’d like to pursue, or if the idea of keeping your professional options open appeals to you, the general track gives you the chance to design your own custom concentration. Combine the courses that most appeal to you from both the Public Affairs Administration concentration and the Human Resources Management concentration. The result is a curriculum perfectly tailored to your own professional goals and interests.

The General Concentration can include courses in administrative law; current issues in Public Administration; managing a diverse workforce; labor/management relations; managing conflict; and recruiting, training, and developing employees.

For more information about these courses, see our Course Descriptions page.

To learn more about the Master of Public Administration degree and the General concentration, call 855-275-1088 to speak with a Notre Dame de Namur admissions advisor or request more information.
