Roger Goodson has both corporate and higher education consulting experience. His specific focus is in the area of organizational learning and change. He has been a corporate trainer, independent management consultant and tenured professor of business and management in two regionally accredited institutions of higher education, teaching at all levels: undergraduate business, MBA and MPA through doctoral studies.
Dr. Goodson has traveled extensively, and lectured for a year in the Business Studies Program at the University of North London, U.K. His consulting work is focused primarily on working with clients who wish to learn more effective ways of dealing with change and find themselves in situations characterized by a high degree of uncertainty. He also specializes in training trainers, as well as team development training.
Dr. Goodson holds a B.S. degree, an M.A. in administration from the University of Connecticut and a Doctorate in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University.
